The announcement of the same was made by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. These funds are offered to the developers who not only provide accommodations but also help senior citizens in fulfilling lawful requirements and paper work and at the same time providing support to the persons with disabilities under HUD's Section 202 and Section 811 grant programs, respectively.
